One senses that the band’s spirited but unpolished songs serve as little reminders for the members and are not for public listening. The band is neither ready nor keen to jump onto the indie bandwagon. But unless [Leslie] Low should tragically renounce music-making, Humpback Oak will one day prove to be a treasured find on the Singapore scene.
